Localisation: Pegow, Commune of Oborniki Slaskie, 17 km from the

housing, class V and VI soil valuation.
Infrastructure:
- Electric energy: L 107 and L 146 electrical power lines are situated in
the vicinity of the lot, providing an opportunity for the realisation of a transformer
station and supply with 1,2 MGW energy;
- Water: municipal water province, supplied by fi 225 and fi 150 pipes;
- Gas: high pressure fi 350 gas piping is located in the direct vicinity
of the plot. The realisation of a gas reduction station can be coordinated with the DOZG
inWroclaw;
- Sewage: industrial and communal waste should be drained to a treatment
