The size of the area is approx. 40 ha gross altogether:

  • approx. 4 ha - owned by Oborniki Slaskie Commune

The land is situated in north- western part of the town, there is a nearby forest, electricity, gas, and a sewage purification plant 500m away.

Offer no. 1 - industrial terrains - Siemianice

Terrain: uninvested, located near the existing production plants; designed as a reserve of terrains for industry according to the site planning; all facilities available 500 m away.

Land for industrial objects

Localisation: Pegow, Commune of Oborniki Slaskie, 17 km from the centre of Wroclaw
Area: 110 ha, flat terrain, locatd outside the area of residential housing, class V and VI soil valuation.

Infrastructure:

  1. Electric energy: L 107 and L 146 electrical power lines are situated in the vicinity of the lot, providing an opportunity for the realisation of a transformer station and supply with 1,2 MGW energy;
  2. Water: municipal water province, supplied by fi 225 and fi 150 pipes;
  3. Gas: high pressure fi 350 gas piping is located in the direct vicinity of the plot. The realisation of a gas reduction station can be coordinated with the DOZG inWroclaw;
  4. Sewage: industrial and communal waste should be drained to a treatment plant inside the given enterprise;
  5. Soil: medium sands with gravel; compactibility level - Jd=0,40 on foundation level i. e. 2-2,5 m below the surface. Level of underground water - 2,0 m below the surface
  6. Communication: the lot is situated along the 342 Wroclaw - Pegow - Legnica province road; the lot lies along a railway siding on hte Wroclaw - Poznan communication line.
